Sony is offering a system firmware update for Digital Motion Picture Camera BURANO “MPC-2610”.

Sony highly recommends this firmware update for immediate installation on all BURANO systems to ensure the highest performance.

The updated software (V2.10) has been released to add a new function and to improve the performance of BURANO.

Note: The UpdateGuide and ReleaseNotes are included in the zipped download file with main firmware module.

Applicable model
Digital Motion Picture Camera BURANO “MPC-2610”.

Applicable system software version
The applicable products have system firmware version “Ver.2.03” or earlier.
After updating, the system firmware version will be “Ver.2.10”.

• Sync Shift function added for use with external genlock signal
• SDI output and HDMI output are now supported when the frame rate is set to 240 fps in S&Q Motion.
